Mike joined PSS as a Site Monitor in August 2010 and quickly was promoted to Safety Professional serving Memphis and National accounts. Mike has worked in the safety and construction industries for over 15 years in various capacities and has extensive experience in training, safety audits and inspections, and other safety related projects. Mike has completed courses in 30 hour OSHA construction and general industry, confined space training, competent person, scaffolds, and others and is a certified 10 hr / 30 hr construction course instructor. Mike is an ASP and graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology.

PAUL MAXWELL- SAFETY PROFESSIONAL / JACKSON BRANCH MANAGER

Paul joined PSS in April 2011 as a Safety Professional for the Jackson, TN branch. Paul has had siginficant construction safety experience as he worked for a large mechanical contractor travelling the Southeast where he worked with management and site safety personnel on large, fast paced construction projects. He most recently worked as an Executive Director in the Public Transportation field where he managed a staff of over 25 personnel. Paul has completed courses in 10 hr and 30 hr OSHA construction, CPR/First Aid, competent person fall protection, forklift training, competent person excavation, and competent person scaffolding among others. Paul is experinced in jobs site audits and inspections, employee training, and implementation of proven safety programs.

Damian Bonner began his career in the work force in November of 2004 as a Certified Mail Carrier. As a mail carrier his job responsibilities included the delivery of products in a timely manner, which met the standards and expectations of the customer. TRAVIS REED

SAFETY PROFESSIONAL, CSST, CIHM

Travis joined PSS in July, 2011, as a Safety Professional for the Memphis branch. Travis has worked in the safety industry for several years after serving in the United States Army from 1992 to 1998. Travis is compentent to train in industrial hygiene management, electrical site safety, OSHA 30 hour general industry and construction, CPR / first aid, and other related courses, Travis has worked as a site safety monitor and is experienced in training, implementing safety training programs, accident investigations, and other safety related projects. In addition, Travis has his OSHA 500 and OSHA 501 trainer certifications.
