SAFETY ORIENTATION SYSTEM (SOS)

The PSS SOS training module, is an exciting and fresh training tool geared specifically toward training contractors in performing work in manufacturing plants and general industry settings. The immense benefit to a manufacturing plant who engages PSS to implement this training to all contractors is knowing all contractors’ employees are being trained consistently and are being trained on relevant and pertinent topics that affect their plant operation every day. With a strong emphasis on “taking ownership of personal safety”, the program is designed to help instill a personal level “buy in” to a company wide safety culture. Focusing on a company’s specific needs and concerns, course content for the SOS training module generally includes:

Led by experienced and energetic training professionals, PSS uses live training tools to provide an interactive and engaging learning experience for all participants. Upon successful completion of the annual course, participants receive a badge that memorializes their accomplishment and provides the plant a visible protocol by which they can consistently monitor and audit all their contractors performing services at their plant.
